Delivery Carrier
All orders placed on our website are delivered by GLS. This applies to both domestic shipments within Slovenia, as well as international shipments to Croatia and other European countries.
Delivery Timeframes
We offer standard delivery for all orders. Delivery times are estimated as follows:
• Domestic Orders - 2-3 business days
• Orders to Croatia - 2-3 business days
• Orders to Other European Countries - 3-5 business days
Please note that these timeframes do not include the 1-2 business day processing time required to prepare your order for shipment.
Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your GLS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the GLS website or through our website’s tracking page.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the value of your order.
Domestic Deliveries (Within Slovenia)
• Orders below €50: €4.90
• Orders above €50: Free
Deliveries to Croatia
• Orders below €100: €4.90
• Orders above €100: Free
Deliveries to Other European Countries
• Orders below €100: €9.90
• Orders above €100: Free
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, including delays, missing items, or damaged goods, please contact us at hello@altostore.eu within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with GLS to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
Missed Deliveries and Undeliverable Packages
If you are not available to receive your package, GLS will typically attempt a second delivery or leave a notice with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or pick-up at a nearby GLS depot. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct to avoid delays or missed deliveries.If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
