What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We offer standard shipping through GLS for both domestic and international orders.

Delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic Shipping (Within Slovenia): 2-3 business days
• Shipping to Croatia: 2-3 business days
‍• Shipping to Other European Countries: 3-5 business days

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on your order total and shipping destination:

‍• Domestic (Within Slovenia): €4.90 for orders below €50, free shipping for orders over €50.
‍• Croatia: €4.90 for orders below €100, free shipping for orders over €100.
‍• Other European Countries: €9.90 for orders below €100, free shipping for orders over €100.

What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. Sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@altostore.eu. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Stripe and all major credit and debit cards, ensuring that your transactions are secure and protected. You can choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! We offer free in-store pickup at our location:

‍After placing your order online, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@altostore.eu within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or replacement, and cover any additional shipping costs.
