‍We currently offer shipping to Croatia and other European countries. Below are our shipping rates

• Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
• Cost: €4.90 for orders below €100
• Free shipping for orders above €100

‍Shipping to Other European Countries
• Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
• Cost: €9.90 for orders below €100
• Free shipping for orders above €100

‍Please note that delivery times do not include the 1-2 day processing time for your order.

‍Order Processing
‍Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

‍Tracking Your Order
‍Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the shipping provider’s website.

‍Lost or Damaged Packages
‍If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at hello@alotstore.eu, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
